Resumo: Fast radio bursts (FRBs) provide a promising tool to investigate the baryonic content of the Universe through their dispersion measures. In this work, we constrain the baryon density parameter Ω_b h² using a sample of 130 localized FRBs combined with a non-parametric reconstruction of the Hubble parameter H(z) obtained from cosmic chronometer data through the ReFANN neural-network framework. Within a Bayesian analysis, we simultaneously infer the baryon density and the host-galaxy contribution to the FRB dispersion measure. For the real FRB sample, we obtain Ω_b h² = 0.02236 ± 0.00090, in excellent agreement with Planck and Big Bang Nucleosynthesis results. We also explore the potential of future observations through a mock catalog of 2000 FRBs, showing that upcoming surveys may achieve sub-percent precision on the baryon density. Our results demonstrate that FRBs constitute a robust and complementary late-time cosmological probe.
